The special flagship product in GAI high-performance pressure fillers is the patented UNICA electro-pneumatic filling valve, which enables a high level of control of the filling process for each individual bottle. It optimizes the filling process for both sparkling and still wines. The UNICA valve is the ideal solution for bottling sparkling wines at product temperatures above 6 to 10 °C. It guarantees the hygienic safety of the process.
Monoblocks with the UNICA valve have motorized and fixed sterilization devices that do not need to be assembled and disassembled for each wash cycle. All the filler's circuits are canalized and equipped with pneumatic valves that control the flows. The operator can control the cleaning of the machine in a very simple, intuitive and fast way, adapting it to the conditions and product requirements.
This increase in the efficiency of the disinfection and cleaning process leads to a significant reduction in the consumption of water, cleaning agents and energy.
In addition to safety and hygiene, a gentle and carefully adjusted filling of the product is crucial for the result. The new generation of electro-pneumatic GAI filling valves allows precise adjustment of the flow rate, which takes into account the respective product properties, such as viscosity and tendency to foam. In addition, the filling process can be adapted to the respective bottle shape, so that gentle filling is a matter of course, even at high output.
