Labeling
Fully automatic machine for equipping cylindrical and conical bottles for self-adhesive labels with 2-fold drive for capsule roller or shrink wrapper.
The ENOS BETA is suitable for equipping cylindrical bottles with capsules and labeling at up to 4 labeling stations.
The bottles can be equipped with a shrink or roll-on capsule, front and back label (also from a roll), neck ring, neck loop, premium point, control strip or closure protection, also in L-shape. A labeling station with adjustable inclination can be set up for labeling in the shoulder area of the bottles. With the appropriate accessories, the machine can also be used to label conical bottles and mignon bottles.
The machine is ideal when high output is also required for capsuling. With 2 capsule rollers on one column, it achieves an output of 2,300 bottles/hour, with 2 capsule shrinkers 2,700 bottles/hour.
A PLC control with touch screen simplifies operation and allows the installation of an inverter on the drive roller to increase the labeling speed to up to 3,000 bottles/hour.
If required, the machine can be integrated into a line or set up as a stand-alone machine thanks to the 70 x 50 cm bottle collection table.
The machine offers the option of integrating a printing system for batch numbers.
