Linear labeling machine for self-adhesive labels for fitting
cylindrical and square bottles with possible capsule processing
The ENOS SPEEDY is suitable for equipping both cylindrical and square bottles with capsules and labeling them at up to 4 labeling stations. A special bottle guide ensures perfect labeling results even with oval Bocksbeutel bottles.
The bottles can be equipped with a shrink or roll-on capsule, front and back label, neck ring, neck loop, premium point, control strip or closure protection, also in L-shape. A labeling station with adjustable inclination can be set up for labeling in the shoulder area of the bottles. On cylindrical bottles, it is possible to process belly and back labels from 1 roll. With the appropriate accessories, the machine can also be used to label conical bottles and mignon bottles or to label large cylindrical containers (3/5 l).
With an output of up to 3,600 bottles/hour for pure labeling, 1,400 bottles/hour with capsule applicator or 2,400 bottles/hour with capsule shrinker, the SPEEDY is one of the fastest linear labelers. An optional PLC with touch screen simplifies the control of the various functions.
If required, the machine can be integrated into a line or set up as a stand-alone machine thanks to the 70 x 50 cm bottle collection table.
The machine offers the option of integrating a printing system for batch numbers.
