Labeling
The ENOS ZETA labeler is the ideal machine for perfect labelling, especially for shaped bottles.
A new alignment system, consisting of photocells and pressure devices on both sides of the bottle conveyor, perfectly aligns bulbous, non-cylindrical bottles to center the labels as required. A headband guide provides the necessary support.
This makes the ENOS ZETA particularly interesting for the perfect fitting of Bocksbeutel bottles and a wide variety of spirits bottles, including the popular Mignon bottles.
The basic equipment includes the PLC with touch screen, the reel stop device for processing mignon or empty bottles, capsule stop when there is no capsule supply and the device for labeling belly and back labels from 1 reel.
The machine can be set up very individually with up to 6 labeling stations and also offers the option of equipping the bottles with thermal or roll-on capsules and integrating a printing system for batch numbers.
The ENOS ZETA offers an output of 2,000 bph.
