Fully automatic monoblock for filling sparkling wine bottles

Linear machine, equipped with:

• Capsule topper for champagne capsules
• optoelectronic detection for orientation of the capsule folds according to the print mark
• Pneumatic head with two tulips for pre-folding and folding the champagne capsules
• Labeling machine for adhesive labels with
  • Orientation of the label by capsule brand
  • Height-adjustable labeling station for front labels
  • Height-adjustable labeling station for back labels
  • Height and tilt-adjustable labeling station for champagne neck ribbons
  • Optional accessories enable wine bottles to be fitted with self-adhesive labels, shrink capsules and roll-on capsules. Here too, the labels can be oriented according to an existing label, a bottom or side notch or a marking on the capsule.
