The height of the capsule support and capsule column can be adjusted electrically. All settings are made via the touch screen monitor. For multi-position capsule systems, format settings can be saved via the PLC.

All capsule dispensers can be equipped with a needle separator to increase their output.

The D060 capsule dispenser with single-cup dispenser is equipped with a special overrun system with a brushless motor. In combination with a multi-layer capsule magazine, which offers an autonomy of 4,000 capsules, an output of 6,000 bph is possible.

The bottles are fed and synchronized via an infeed screw.

The safety enclosure is equipped with safety glass in accordance with CE standards. There is a 600 mm long safety tunnel with safety switches and viewing windows at the machine inlet and outlet.
