The automatic 1-digit wiring machine model 44001 attaches 4-wire grapples to champagne bottles.

The wire baskets are fed to the capper from the large agraffe magazine and separated with the help of feed screws and a transfer star.

The bottle is placed in the working position. A bottle lifter lifts it to the agraffing head, which places the agraffe on the cork.

After fitting, a twist hook closes the agraffe. A press-on punch places the resulting wire eyelet on the bottle mouth.

All work steps are carried out by mechanical control cams, which guarantee maximum precision and reliability.

The 44001 wiring machine is supplied in a "full option" version, including electrical adjustment to the bottle size, format storage via touchscreen and control of the agraffe position at the machine outlet.
