Linear monoblocks for equipping cylindrical bottles
The machines are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Equipment:
- 1 or 2 labeling stations with vacuum device for processing self-adhesive labels.
The stations can be adjusted in inclination and height via an encoder. They are driven by stepper motors.
Depending on the model, 1 or 2 labeling stations, capsule applicators, capsule winders or shrink wrappers are installed.
Working method:
A slight vacuum is used to lift the labels from the carrier tape and transfer them to a transfer belt. The bottle picks up the label from the transfer belt and runs past an adjustable pressure plate, where the label is pressed onto the bottle.
The bottles are fed in via an infeed screw with variable timing. The machine is controlled via a PLC with touch screen and offers the option of saving different formats.
