Fully automatic monoblocks for capsuling and labeling
The machines are made of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with:
- Capsule dispenser with large magazine
- Capsule shrink fit machine with thermostat and safety lift
- Capsule winder with 6 heads (not in model 8410!), roll-on speed adjustable via inverter
- Rotary labeling machine:
- with 4 or 6 bottle plates, which are controlled mechanically via control cam or electronically via servomotors
- height-adjustable carousel
- Labeling station for self-adhesive front labels
- Labeling station for self-adhesive back labels
The labeling stations are driven by stepper motors. They can be adjusted horizontally, vertically and in inclination. Depending on the model, they can be equipped with up to two additional labeling stations. All stations can be easily and centrally set to different formats via PLC and touch screen.
A large selection of accessories enables a wide variety of special bottles to be processed.
The labels can be oriented via photocells according to the existing label, capsule print, glass seam, etc.. This ensures a perfect appearance of the finished bottles.
