Fully automatic monoblocks for washing, drying, capsuling and labeling
The machines are made of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with:
- Bottle washer and dryer
- Capsule topper
- Capsule winder with 1 to 6 rolling heads, rolling speed adjustable via inverter
- or capsule shrink fit machine with thermostat and safety lift-off
- linear or rotary labeling machine for adhesive labels with
- 1 labeling station for self-adhesive front labels
- 1 labeling station for self-adhesive back labels
For monoblocks with rotary labeling machines, two variants are available for controlling the bottle plates:
1. mechanical bottle plates - for fixed label combinations
2. electronic bottle plates - for variable label combinations
All machines can be optionally equipped with up to two additional labeling stations. All stations can be adjusted horizontally, vertically and in inclination. They work absolutely synchronously.
A large selection of accessories enables a wide range of label variants to be processed and the capsule and label to be positioned as required on the bottles, guaranteeing a perfect appearance.
Performance:
- 1,200 up to 3,000 bottles/h with linear labeling machine
- 3,000 up to 4,000 bottles/h with rotary labeling machine
