Semi-automatic depalletizer 

A gripper head equipped with pneumatic hoses removes complete bottle layers from flat and tray-like intermediate layers and places them on a feed table from which the bottles are fed to the filling line.

The full new glass pallets can be fed into the depalletizer from the front or from one side as required.

The TATO depalletizer is protected all round by light barriers and is accessible without barriers. A protective housing is not required. This and the very compact design make the TATO the ideal depalletizer even in confined spaces.

Suitable pallet dimensions: 1,000 x 1,200 mm, H max. 2,300 mm (incl. pallet height)

Production speed: 3,000 jars/hour or 1 layer/min.
